At the end of each month, First Utility will email you with your estimated charges. By clicking on a link in the email, you can enter a meter reading online, which makes sure that you’re only billed for your actual energy consumption.
Finally, First Utility offers the iSave Fixed tariff, which locks down prices for a year or more. It works in exactly the same way as the iSave tariff, and unlike most fixed rate packages, there’s no cancellation fee if you decide to exit early.
